Hop Hooligans - Shout In The Dark

We've brought back a big, bad oldie from its slumber, and this one'll make you howl at the moon. Or rather, scream in your dreams, and you know how that goes. 🤐 SHOUT IN THE DARK hits hard and heavy at 10% - a DDH Triple Black IPA that can't be silenced. 🌑 Starting with a robust, but not fully-roasted malt base, with smooth notes of bitter, dark baking chocolate and softened black coffee powder hints, glazing dark biscuits, then boasting a heavy hop charge of some beautiful American classics - Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe. A dense coating of thickened resins, pine needles and bitter, pithy grapefruit peel, with subtle notes of canned tropical fruit. 🍫🌲 Might as well let it all out.
