This beer combines the aromas of the self-grown and gently roasted grain with the aromas of the hops. The roasted malt finds the balance between fine cocoa and chocolate notes and freshly roasted coffee. The Singlehoped Stout is brewed only with Sorachi Ace, which with its light coconut notes is finely integrated into the crema of the roasted malt. The beer was then stored for the first time in a Jamaica rum barrel for six months and, in addition to its very subtle acidity, took on the full aroma of the barrel or the rum previously stored in it - the perfect beer for desserts or in front of the fireplace in the evening.
