Hopfully Baniwa Chilli Series - Summer DDH

The Baniwa Chilli Series it’s a series of beers brewed seasonally using the Jiquitaia chilli peppers from the Brazilian Amazon. Session IPA With a light-medium body and lightly hazy, double dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe, aromas of grapefruit and pice are dominant, followed by tropical fruit notes. The Baniwa Chillis complement and pairs perfectly with the hops to give a refreshing tone to the beer.
