Beer description
Dark brown, ruby reflexes, creamy, beige head, quite firm, some lacing. Aroma coffee, chocolate, prunes (increasingly intense as the beer warms up) , smoke, vanilla, wood. Taste thick and smooth, a little sour, carbonation low, practically none, bitterness rather intense, tannic, yet fitting. Aftertaste chocolate, vanilla, slightl prunes, a little fruity, some wood, alcohol warming-very pleasant. A very nice FES but the prunes could be even more intense.
