Beer description
Dark brown beer, when pouring you can see that it is cloudy. Meringue foam, very abundant, durable, residual lacing. The aroma of wood, fine alcohol, plum, cereal coffee and chocolate underneath. The taste is strong acidity and roasting, coffee, cherry in liqueur, delicate wood. Wood flakes soaked in plum brandy brought great taste and aroma. Medium fullness towards medium high, medium low saturation, medium intense bitterness, pleasant, coffee-roasted. Hopkins beers have not disappointed me so far and Insomnia maintains this streak.
