Beer description

Complex acidity from a mixed fermentation with three yeast strains make this beer incredibly exciting. Nevertheless, it is finely tuned to each other and nice and tasty. Sour, cloudy and very fine and complex, it makes itself felt. A great beer that is sure to be a topic of conversation!
