Hopperd Kameleon Saison

Hazy medium golden, a lot of tiny bubbles, fair frothy white head, slowly and unevenly dissipating, heavy lacing. Aroma sweet malt, lemon, yeast, goose berries, bread. Flavour light sweet and sour with bitter accents, malty, lemon, gooseberries, pineapple, some basement. Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Fruity sweet and sour finish, some bitterness in the background, citrus peel and pith, strong earthy notes and coriander. Though the aftertaste is rather sharp (they have to work on that) I enjoyed this minor saison.
