Bishop Cider - Hopper’s Usual

From our Stranger Things series: Hop's had a hard day. What does he reach for? His usual—whiskey on the rocks. This ode to the baddest sheriff in town starts with our top grade apple cider. Once fermented, it’s dropped into whiskey oak barrels to just hang and mellow out for a while. Just at the right time, it’s pulled out and ready to serve to y’all. What you get is a hint of whiskey, with oak and vanilla notes. It’s crazy complex for a cider. You’ll find it to be semi-dry and fairly clean at the end with just a tad [not Tad, tad] of whiskey that hangs on. Simply awesome.
