Sibeeria - Hoppy Diet

Swiss cooperation. It is hardly surprising that hops are the Hoppy People’s favorite vegetable, so when they visited us in Prague, we fed them well and, in exchange, they pushed us to increase our dry-hopping standards. We didn’t mind, to be honest. To make it even more interesting, we incorporated some Sorachi Ace that none of us ever used for a NEIPA. And it doesn’t get lost even in the hop salad of heavy-weights like Citra, Simcoe, HBC 586, and Idaho 7 Cryo, adding interesting notes of wood and coconut to the already intense tropical aroma dominated with honeydew melon and passion fruit.
