Beer description
Here's the rundown: we brewed a Weizenbock (a strong German white beer) at 7%. For the brewing, we opted for hot hopping, in tumult and classic DH: the result is a highly aromatic beer. In short, it's the perfect alliance between the esters and phenols of Weizen, and the tropical, exotic side of NEIPA (everything we love).
