Hoppy Hog Family Brewery - Baked Gogoshar Pepper Gose

We decided to make this variety exclusively with the addition of smoked Gogoshar sweet peppers. The light sweetness from the peppers and the rich aroma combined with the light spiciness from the sriracha created a very interesting and original balance.
