Hoppy Hog Family Brewery - Chocolate hair

Shokokos is a milk stout that you could easily confuse with a coconut dessert covered in chocolate glaze. We brewed a dense, viscous base from caramel malts, to which we generously added chocolate, coconut and fragrant vanilla. The result is a moderately bitter milk stout with bright dessert notes.
