Beer description
This time we made it denser and more alcoholic. We also
gave it an additional aging of several months. A thick imperial
stout with cane molasses, prunes, tobacco, cherries and cherry
stones. It has a rich smoky aroma with
fruity and tart notes. The taste is noticeable cherry sourness, after
which prunes dominate, complemented by caramel malts. Tobacco
completes this composition with a pleasant, but not sharp aftertaste.
