Beer description
This time we updated the malt base a bit, making it more chocolatey
. We added a bunch of cocoa and a little lactose. And we finished it all off
by combining chocolate with an increased amount of rum. We got a
rich chocolate stout, with the bitterness inherent in dark chocolate
, a slight sweetness and a slight spice from the rum. Everything is like in
the candies of the same name.
