Hoppy Lab Rudzik

Very hazy pinkish-amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of raspberry jam and lemon juice, with a light touch of manure, some chlorine and fresh tomatoes. flavour is more of the same, lots of lemons, tomatoes and raspberries, with a medium tartness and some grapefruit pips in the slightly tannic wheaty finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation. some salt would be nice.
