Elliott Bay - Hoppy Little Accidents

This beer was a journey in terms of what hops were going to be used. In the end, we settled on a classic combo of Simcoe and Amarillo. Both hops have great citrus notes, one sharp and lemon and the other dank and grapefruit. Together they taste refreshing and juicy, the perfect combo for sunshine. Bright orange with off-white lacy head. Hop resin, grassy, musk, grapefruit aroma. Lemon and grapefruit dominate with a resiny finish
