The wheat beer is made up of five types of malt: wheat, rye, caramel and a variety of basic barley malt and a beer with a pine and complex tequila to a pleasant bitterness and a floral and citrus flavouring with Citra hops. It has a dry and sessile fermentation regime and produces a rich and refreshing beer, ideal for the summer period.
