Hordeum India

Inspired by IPAs originating in Great Britain. Light amber-coloured beer with copper veins. The nose is markedly hopped with herbaceous and fruity aromas. The foam is compact and persistent and on the palate it has good body in balance with the alcohol content. The bitterness is balanced with the caramel notes deriving from the toasted malt and the aftertaste returns with notes of hops used generously in dry hopping.
