There comes a point in December when all our senses are overwhelmed by Christmas hits, kitschy lights and the holiday rush. Well, that's where Mad Cow arrives. You chill it, sit down, uncork it and for a moment the whole chaos quiets down. Dark, full-bodied, with chocolate-coffee aromas, caramel depth, thick foam and a warming finish.
