Pear Mead flavored with Jalapeno peppers. Made in collaboration with the local band 2nd Time Around. Full bodied with a wonderful balance of sweet and heat that lingers in the finish. Tasting notes: sweet pear, floral honey, hints of vanilla, and a mild heat from the jalapenos.
