Beer description
Hops thrive in Gaume and are naturally found in the hedgerows. On a whim in October 2015, it was decided to go and pick some, dry the flowers and cold-brew them when keeping them. Since then, we've been crisscrossing the Gaume in autumn armed with ladders and patience. Each new edition is available in January.
