Beer description
Monk's Gold is light and hoppy, made with Halcyon and Crystal malts, and Styrian Goldings hops.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light citrus acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
