Folkingebrew - Howling at the Moon

This collab was brewed with White Dog Brewery. When we exchanged ideas about this collab, we quickly came to the conclusion that we needed to create what we are both known for, so we brewed a hazy New England Style DIPA (8.5%). The hop blend consists of Citra, Vic Secret and HBC 630. Citra has a strong citrus profile. Vic Secret contains elements of tropical fruits, spices and pine with notes of pineapple and passion fruit. Finally, HBC 630 is complex and fruity, with sweet fruits and berries such as raspberry and cherry with notes of peach and banana. This creates a true taste explosion in your glass! We used a good dose of oats for the silky smooth mouthfeel. The beer is fermented with the well-known London Fog yeast.
