Beer description
New England IPA was named after the Northeast US, where this style first appeared. The beer is light, cloudy and "juicy" with an intense fruity aroma that gives it double cold hopping in combination with a specific yeast strain. There is also a need for very hard water and as much protein from malt as flakes help. Despite its fruity character, however, no fruit was added.
Malts: pale ale, pilsner, wheat and oatmeal, wheat.
Hop: Amarillo, Mosaic, El Dorado
