Elliott Bay - Huell Hellesphere

The same recipe as the other single-hopped hellesphere beers, this time with Huell Melon, a new German variety bred from Cascade. Used in the boil, whirlpool, and dry-hopping. True to its name, melon notes stand out in flavor and aroma, and it tastes like what one would expect from a German hop: grassiness. Just because it’s a light lager does not mean it’s short on flavor! It’s bursting!
