Humble Sea Erik the Redwood

When poured, a tangerine colored, unfiltered farmhouse ale with a beautiful creamy white head appears. Bottle conditioned horizontally for nearly half a year, the aroma is oaky with touches of cedar, barnyard funk and a bit of sandalwood. The taste coddles your tongue with hints of tart apricot, peach, and vanilla.
