Beer description

Clear, reddish copper-colored beer, voluminous light beige collar and excellent persistence. It presents a striking aroma and hoppy flavor with citrus and fruity notes, originating from American hops in the dry-hopping process (addition of red fruits and hops during ripening). Also caramel malt character associated with biscuit and toasted notes, high and persistent hop bitterness in addition to the aftertaste. Medium-full body and medium-low carbonation. Dry finish, bitterness with slight freshness and remarkable alcoholic presence.
