Beer description
Just in time for the world-famous Munich Oktoberfest, we also have a festival beer on tap again. But unlike its southern German relatives, it is slightly lighter with a slight fruity note. In the glass, it presents itself golden brown with a fine-pored stable foam. As always, it is unfiltered and has light roasted aromas and a pleasant maltiness. The basic bitterness of our festival beer this year is achieved by the two traditional hops Perle and Herkules, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and Hallertauer Tradition give it a herbal, grassy, and floral aroma.
