BlackPig - Hybrid IPA

Collab back with Qs de la Brasserie PRIZM from Montpellier (France) met at various festivals in Switzerland (LBC, JURA CRAFT BEER) and Montpellier (BEER LOVE). We had the pleasure of brewing the magnificent HARMONIC GENERATOR with them last summer. We wanted something new that combined the talent of our love shadocks with our Saison yeast. So we've come up with a totally hybrid creation: INDIA PALE SAISON. HYBRID IPA or "INDIA PALE SAISON" Grains : Barley, Wheat, Rye Hops : Nelson Sauvin + Riwaka Yeast : BlackPig Saison blend
