FM - Hype Trifecta

What began as a challenge by one friend and finished with the naming by another, we set out to capture 3 of the most "hype" adjuncts in craft beverages today and Hype Trifecta was born. This wine was concocted using Bocheted Argentinian Wildflower Honey to mimic the almighty marshmallow then rested on Toasted Coconut and Caramelized Bananas. We think it is pretty special to have captured these complex flavors in a single wine. Enjoy!
