Sibeeria - I love the Smell of Citra in the Morning

We’ve played enough with obscure hop varieties, so here is one where we knew exactly what we’re getting into. Citra is disputably the most important modern hop variety and ILTSO Citra might just be Sibeeria’s first beer using only this hop. Reliably mindblowing, it serves heaps of mango, honeydew melon, and citruses just the way a NEIPA should. Pair it with a smooth, pale, and hazy base and what you get is a golden standard of a modern hazy. The missing link between a hoppy beer and a tropical smoothie.
