Élevage: spontaneously fermented and matured in 229L neutralized Troncais oak, after eleven months refermented with freshly harvested and pressed riesling icewine juice in a Nevers french oak barrel that formerly held port and 2017 Krak! and 2018 Tender Buttons, refermented for an additional five months
