Ice Tea Berliner Weisse, 11°Blg
Lactobacillus-acidified beers were brewed by us quite extensively until two years ago, but nothing sour from us has appeared recently. We are interrupting this non-acidic period in our history with a beer you know and love. So we're back with a Berliner that was originally brewed in 2018 and is the result of a collaboration with our patron venue Same Krafty vis-à-vis. Ice Tea Berliner is a refreshing sour beer infused with black tea with a hint of bergamot. We've turned it up a notch by adding juice and the grated peels of organic lemons harvested just after sunrise on a sunny summer day. The beer will go into distribution from the beginning of next week.
Malts: wheat malt, barley malt, dextrin malt, light caramel malt, lemon juice, Earl Grey tea, lemon zest, lactobacillus bacteria, hops.
