Beer description
We just felt that a cold IPA might work nicely with an even bigger hop rate than usual, so here it is. IceHoppy was brewed with a combination of floor-malted pilsner, flaked and raw rice and a powerful combo of American hops. Throughout the process, we carefully layered Triumph, Cashmere, Azacca and HBC586 to create a perfect balance of fruity and dank, bitter and soft. We pushed it slightly lower in alcohol than most beers of this style to make it more inviting for larger volumes.
