An allusion to the venerable German Pilsner. Made with a mixture of three Pilsner malts and hopped with classic Hallertau Hersbrucker and the newcomer Saphir, the end result is a beer with a clean, crisp malt character, balanced bitterness and delicate notes of noble and light citrus hops.
