Il Caduceo Capra Tosta

High fermentation beer. Dark, with persistent and soft foam. Raw, that is unfiltered or pasteurized, it is an interpretation of a porter. At the first sip the notes of coffee and licorice are distinctly perceived, while the juniper remains in the background. Dedicated to the donkey of Martina Franca, the largest Italian donkey breed. The male can in fact exceed 150 cm at the withers.
