Il Caduceo Corno D’Oro

High fermentation beer, golden and moderately turbid, with a moderately abundant and creamy foam. Crude, that is unfiltered or pasteurized, represents the Belgian answer to the German lagers. Well hopped, the contribution of hops is expressed with spicy and earthy notes. The Corno d’Oro beer is dedicated to the Gargano goat, a particularly rustic breed suitable for wild breeding.
