Beer description
High fermentation beer, amber with dark reflections (so as to seem almost a brown), moderately turbid, with a fine and soft foam. Raw, that is unfiltered or pasteurized, it is an interpretation of a belgian ale. The malt scent is well present with hints of caramel and a well-present but balanced hopping.
Dedicated to the "Lecce" poultry breed, a local breed that was once widespread throughout the lower and upper Salento. This breed was almost extinct as it was replaced with other more productive breeds, but lately thanks to various projects to protect the breed, it is slowly repopulating the territory.
