Barley Wine, literally "barley wine" is a high fermentation beer of Anglo-Saxon origin. Often called "meditation beer" is characterized by the elegance of its olfactory and taste bouquet. A deep amber color, the nose has an intense aroma of ripe fruit combined with a hint of wood due to its aging in barrels of Amarone Superiore. On the palate, it has a full and smooth body, a delicate bitterness balanced by a great intensity of malt, with a delicate warmth due to its high alcohol content.
