Il Maglio Saison

Saison is a beer typically brewed on farms in the Walloon region of Belgium. It is a high fermentation beer with a deep blonde colour and a medium to light body. Bitterness is dry but not definite, the palate vaguely acidic with light fruity hints of hops. It distinguishes itself from 'classic' beers for its strong spicy and peppery character, the result of the work of yeasts typical of the style and their particular fermentation profile.
