Illegal - #WL001 Wiener Lager

The Wiener Lager, Austria's most famous beer style, has had a somewhat shadowy existence in the homeland of its origins in recent decades. This bottom-fermented beer with its strong copper-amber color and a defined malt body, which is supported by a well-integrated hop aroma, is also gaining in importance again in Austria, not least thanks to the »craft beer« movement. Illegal Brewing interpreted the beer style classically with the # WL001. The aroma impresses with a beautiful malty bisque-like bouquet. In the first taste harmoniously balanced hop bitterness (Saazer) with clear and pure malt notes. The recognizable, not too dominant body with moderate carbonization leaves a pleasantly lasting mouthfeel.
