Cervezas Arriaca - Imperial Russian Stout

Arriaca IMPERIAL RUSSIAN STOUT is a high alcohol stout, with roasted hints of coffee and dark chocolate and notes of vanilla, wood and dark fruits. - Type: Stout - Alc. Vol.: 10,1%. - Dec. serving temperature: from 9º. - Glass: balloon glass TASTING NOTES: Appearance: Black in colour, totally opaque. When served it creates a compact and very long-lasting crown of cinnamon/beige coloured foam. Aroma: Aromas of coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts give way to vanilla and black fruits to finish with a sweet and liquorice finish. Taste: Its silky texture in the mouth gives way to an explosion of coffee and chocolate with hints of wood and vanilla, followed by a liqueur-like interlude and a pleasant, slightly bitter finish. A complex and well-balanced beer. Pairing: A beer to enjoy on its own or to drink as an after-dinner liqueur with dessert, especially tiramisu, chocolates and vanilla.
