Le Prospecteur - Impérial Ulrick Bourbon (2023)

This version of our famous Impérial Ulrick has been matured for 7 months in Bourbon barrels. The ageing process has given it a slight woodiness and fine spirit aromas. This Imperial Stout is the first beer in our Hommage series. It was brewed in tribute to the late Ulrick Chérubin, mayor of Amos, a strong man who left his mark on our region. In Ulrick's image, this imperial stout is intense, brewed with coffee from Maison du café L'Armorique, cocoa from Chocolaterie Choco-Mango and vanilla! (SRM 48)
