As the hot summer goes on, we continue making crazy mixes of berries and herbs in our beloved mixed fermentation Berliner Weisse. This time our favourite sea buckthorn berry is the king, which we got from one of belarusian farms up north. It brought a wonderful smell to the blend, virtually incomparable to that of other berries. And to further max up the aroma, we added fresh basil with all it's spiciness. So here it is, the berry of the north meets the herb of the south, all mixed up in a champagne of our own. You simply have to try it yourself to enjoy that hell of a summer crusher.
