Beer description
Mixed fermentaion fruited Berliner Weisse. The lactobacilli introduced in the beginning if fermentation create more expressive and balanced acidity. The new Imža was then blended with juicy raspberries, which gave the beer its outstanding bright pink colour and filled it with a unique smell and sweet'n'sour taste. We also added blackberries to the secondary fermentation to emphasize berry tartness and complexity, while a small amount of fresh rosemary brought refreshing piny aromas. Imagine yourself in a spring pine grove!
