Beer description
A pyment made with equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and German Gewurtztraminer grapes. Fermented with elderflowers and then aged on Hungarian and French Oak. Presented after 5 months of aging and unfiltered.
It’s an incredibly unique expression of pyment using a half white and half red grape combo.
