Brasserie Galibot - In Too Dip

Our IN TOO DIP is a hoppy, highly aromatic COLD IPA, fermented with low-grade yeast (our trademark, of course). For this beer, we tested DIP hopping: a new Japanese process designed to extract maximum hop aroma. 1/3 of the wort, cooled to 70°, was transferred to a hop-filled fermenter, to create a super-aromatic hop soup. The rest of the wort was stored and cooled to the perfect fermentation temperature. A complex process for a 100% aromatic result! In short, it's resinous, it's fruity, it's round, it's good.
