Beer description
Our sour golden base, refermented with Rhubarb grown on the Ermatinger estate, Cherries from Nyblad Orchards, and lemon peel. Co-pitched yeast and bacteria: 3 lab strains of Lactobacillus, evolving house native & wild cultures, and saison yeast. Also open fermented to capture additional native microbes.
