Pomegranate Incipient is our Golden Sour beer brewed with 2 row, oats, & wheat. Fermented with wild and lab cultures, and open fermented for ultimate yeast expression and to capture additional wild cultures. We also added loads of pomegranate to this beer, which is the dominant flavor.
