A complex but balanced tasting top-fermented beer. Its specific hop aroma comes from the American hop variety Citra.
The aroma and flavor are mainly citrus and tropical fruits. Due to its hoppy character, this beer is very suitable as an aperitif or with spicy dishes such as a Thai curry or a Mexican dish.
The beer is secondary fermented in the bottle and has a layer of yeast at the bottom. Preferably, leave the yeast layer in the bottle (1 cm) to drink the beer clear. If you add the yeast layer anyway, the beer will be cloudy but still have a nice taste.
